Job Summary:
The Shop In-Charge / Assistant Manager at a pesticide, fungicide, and fertilizer company is responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of products, specifically formulated for exotic fruits and crops in the plantation sector. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and effective solutions to their challenges. The Officer also plays a key role in educating customers on the benefits and proper usage of the company's products, while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or
Agribusiness or Botany or Chemistry or Zoology
Minimum 2 Years of Proven experience in sales & marketing.
Age – 30 and above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
