NATS 2.0 Registration: First and foremost, you must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) 2.0 portal. Visit NATS 2.0 Portal to complete your registration and get your unique registration number. This number is mandatory for the application form. (Note: NATS 1.0 registrations are invalid).
Download the Application Form: The application form is attached to the official notification. Download and print it.
Fill the Form: Fill out the application form neatly and accurately in block letters.
Attach Self-Attested Documents: Gather self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
NATS 2.0 Registration Profile copy.
Class 10th (SSLC) Mark Sheet/Certificate (for proof of date of birth).
Degree/Diploma Mark Sheets (all semesters) and Final Certificate.
Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
Domicile Certificate (issued after 01/01/2022).
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL). OBC-NCL certificate must not be older than 3 years.
EWS Certificate (if applicable, valid for the financial year 2025-26).
PWD Certificate (if applicable).
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
Send the Application: Place the filled application form and all enclosures in an envelope and send it via Normal Post, Speed Post, or Courier to the following address before the last date:To, The Chief Manager (Technical Training Institute), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Transport Aircraft Division, Post Office – Chakeri, Kanpur – 208008
Note: Applications submitted by hand or received after 04/08/2025 will not be accepted.
