Visit the official OJAS website.
Navigate to “Online Application” and click on “Apply.” Select “GSSSB.”
Find Advertisement No. 302/202526 for Senior Scientific Assistant and click “Apply now.”
Read the detailed advertisement by clicking “More Details.”
Click “Apply now” and then “Skip” to open the Application Format.
Fill in your “Personal Details” and then “Educational Details.”
Accept the “Assurance” (undertaking) by selecting “Yes” and click “Save.” Your Application Number will be generated; save it.
Click on “Upload Photograph.” Enter your application number and birth date.
Upload your photograph (5 cm height x 3.6 cm width) and signature (2.5 cm height x 7.5 cm width) in JPG format (max 15 KB each). The photograph should have a white background and the date of taking the photo (not older than one year from the last application date).
Go to “Confirm Application” in the Online Application tab. Enter your application number and birth date.
Review your application. If any corrections are needed, edit the application. Once confirmed, no changes can be made.
If everything is correct, click “Confirm Application.” A “Confirmation Number” will be generated; save this for all future correspondence.
Click on “Print Application,” select the job advertisement, enter your confirmation number and birth date to print your application. Keep this printout safe until the entire recruitment process is complete.
