We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain electronic and paper files and records
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Proven experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
