Job Description
Architectural design and detailing, review of drawings, coordination with structural/MEP consultants and contractors, ensuring site compliance with design intent, and attending client meetings.
Salary: Consolidated and fixed for the duration of the engagement.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector as on 01.10.2026.
Qualification Required: Full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized University/Institute, with valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
Upper age limit: 45 years as on 01.10.2026.
Vacancies: 1 Post (indicative and subject to change)
Job Type: Temporary contract basis (initially for 11 months, extendable; co-terminus with the project)
