Job Description
Joining TCS Business Process Services (BPS) as a Trainee, you will be part of TCS's fast-growing operations and customer-facing teams. Key responsibilities include supporting core business process functions, facilitating digital transformation operations, providing customer support services, and managing data processing workflows across various industry domains. Candidates must be willing and flexible to work in a 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts based on business and project requirements.
Key Recruitment Details
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years to Maximum 28 years.
Academic Criteria & Backlogs: Maximum 1 active backlog permitted during the selection process; all backlogs must be cleared within the stipulated course duration before joining TCS. Extended education is not permitted.
Break in Education: Overall academic gap must not exceed 24 months up to the highest qualification.
Selection Process:
Phase I: Online / In-Centre Test comprising Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, and Logical Reasoning (approx. 50 minutes duration).
Phase II: Technical & HR Interview rounds.

Qualification Required
Full-time 3-year Graduation degree (e.g., B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Sc non-CS/IT) from a recognized university. Only full-time courses are eligible (Part-time or correspondence degrees are not accepted).
Experience Required
Freshers / Entry Level (0 to 1 year of prior experience, if any, must be mandatorily declared in the application form).
