Job Description
Execution of trial activities, harbour/sea trials, defect rectification, operation and maintenance of mechanical marine systems/equipment, liaising with ship's staff and classification societies during trial phases, and managing testing protocols in a shipyard.
Job Location: CSL Kochi / various project sites across India or abroad
Key Recruitment Details:
Target Audience: Ex-Indian Navy or Ex-Indian Coast Guard Personnel only.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years as of 01 September 2026 (born on or after 02 September 1981).
Selection Process: Objective Type Online Test (50 Marks) + Personal Interview (50 Marks). Total: 100 Marks.

Qualification Required: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent (e.g., Service Diploma/Equivalency issued by Armed Forces).
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Operation and Maintenance of Marine Equipment and Systems.
Salary: Consolidated Monthly Pay:
1st Year: ₹50,000/-
2nd Year: ₹51,000/-
3rd Year: ₹52,000/-
(Plus extra hours work compensation up to ₹5,500/month)
