Candidates with any degree and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will interact with US-based customers, make outbound calls, explain products and services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate customer records while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The working hours are 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM to align with US business hours. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with opportunities for performance-based growth and career advancement in an international customer support environment.
