Alstom is inviting applications from Diploma graduates (2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs) for the position of Diploma Trainee at its Coimbatore manufacturing facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality control, and production operations while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. This 18-month trainee program is offered directly on Alstom rolls, with the opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on individual performance. The role follows a 6-day work week with rotational shifts, including overtime and shift allowances. Candidates will receive a CTC of ₹3.0–₹3.25 LPA, a ₹22,500 performance bonus, PF savings of approximately ₹65,000, ₹6 lakh insurance coverage for self and family, and ESI benefits. Additional facilities include company transportation (pick-up and drop), two subsidized meals per shift, accommodation support for the first seven days, doorstep drop for women employees in the second shift, rewards and recognition programs, and free uniforms, safety shoes, and PPE kits.
