Rashtra Deepika Ltd. is hiring a General Manager – Finance to lead its finance function by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, investments, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and internal financial controls. The role involves providing strategic financial insights to support business growth while leading and mentoring the finance team. Candidates should be CA qualified or CA Intermediate with completed articleship/internship and at least 5 years of relevant post-internship experience in finance and accounts. Strong expertise in financial management, accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is essential, while experience in a corporate or media organization will be an added advantage.
