- Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment or relevant HR experience
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Source and screen potential candidates for open positions.
* Schedule interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
* Collaborate with department managers to define recruitment needs.
* Manage onboarding and new-hire documentation.
* Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
- Skills Required:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in online job portals and sourcing tools Strong interviewing and evaluation techniques
