- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
* AREA SALES MANAGER
Preference will be given to candidates residing within 15-20 KM radius of Perinthalmanna and surrounding areas.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
* Manage and grow a team of sales representatives
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
* Align existing dealerships and appoint new dealerships in unrepresented areas.
* Interact and build strong business with major retailers in the assigned territory.
* Report and update activities through applications

- REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 7 years of sales experience in dealer network of bath fittings & accessories.
* Graduate preferably MBA.
* Maximum age: 38 years.
* Should have clear understanding of Channel sales, market and complexities and competitors.
* Should have the confidence to represent a major brand in market.
* Should be able to work with team in coordination with major distributions.
- Salary: Salary offered 6.0 to 7.5 lakhs
