The role involves managing residential sales for Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), with a strong focus on driving top-line growth,target-oriented and result-driven enhancing customer experience, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Capture and track market intelligence, including competitor activities and evolving customer preferences
* Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels such as calls, emails, walk-ins, and agents
* Build strong rapport with prospective buyers and conduct/personalize site visits
* Follow up with customers to drive closures, bookings, and timely payment collections
* Ensure regular interaction with customers to address queries and resolve complaints effectively
* Escalate complex issues to the Manager Sales (Residential) when required
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports on residential sales and submit them periodically
* Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor offerings and trends
* Develop and manage a network of channel partners to enhance sales reach
* Organize and participate in corporate activations, apartment association events and property exposure
