We're Hiring SALES OFFICER
- Experience: 1-2 Years (Construction industry preferred)
- Location Kochi
- Responsibilities:
* Handle sales of apartments and villas.
* Follow up on leads and convert the enquiries.
* Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Required Qualifications:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas).
* Ability to handle customers professionally and close deals.
