We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing designs for various print and digital media, with a focus on supporting our production processes.
- Responsibilities:
* Design for Production: Create designs for a wide range of production materials, including product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, marketing collateral, and other print and digital assets.
* Collaborate with Production Team: Work closely with the production team, including project managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements, timelines, and constraints.
* Conceptualize and Ideate: Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate the desired message and align with the company’s brand guidelines.
* Prepare Production-Ready Files: Prepare production-ready files, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, color accuracy, and print/digital requirements.
* Artwork and File Management: Manage and organize design files, artwork, and assets efficiently, ensuring version control and easy retrieval.
- Requirements:
* Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment.
* Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as familiarity with layout and prepress software.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of color management, file formats, resolution, and other technical aspects related to print and digital production.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in designs and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
