- Responsible for development and administration of one or more benefit programs.
- Makes recommendations to administrative procedures and processes to streamline delivery or improve employee experience.
- Maintains benefit records and documents. Assists in the preparation of employee benefits communications.
* Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of college or equivalent experience/training
* Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements for assigned benefit program
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
