* We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with office administration responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on vendor invoices and client submissions.
* Track and follow up on monthly fixed costs, invoices, and expenses.
* Assist in compliance-related activities such as GST documentation, PT, Labour Welfare payments (Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments), and related submissions.
Administration & Office Management:
* Act as the point of contact for office administration activities.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and security vendors for staffing, replacements, invoices, and monthly payments.
* Manage procurement of office supplies, housekeeping materials, and stationery.
* Liaise with landlord for office rent, maintenance, and related matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounts and administration.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar) is an added advantage.
* Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
* Basic IT knowledge (systems, email, networking) preferred.
