- Preference: Male candidates
- Age: 21-28
- Stipend and allowance: 1st year- Rs. 17250/-
2nd Year: Rs. 17850/-
3rd year: Rs. 18500/-
- Festival Gift: Rs.7000/- yearly
- Skill Upgradation scholarship: 50,000/- on completion
