In the Talent Acquisition role, you will be in charge of strategic planning, identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.
Academic percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
Highest qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2024 and 2025 with MBA in HR/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource/Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in HRM/Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/Post Graduate Program in HRM or equivalent courses.
Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to declare the same in the TCS application form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting the declared work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirements.
Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.
