Job Title: Incubation Manager

About HIVE, Anurag University
HIVE is the innovation and incubation hub at Anurag University, dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurial talent, supporting early-stage startups, and fostering a culture of innovation among students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end incubation process for startups at HIVE
• Mentor and guide student entrepreneurs in refining business models and go-to-market strategies
• Facilitate access to funding opportunities, investors, and grant programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, mentors, and stakeholders
• Design and execute incubation programs, workshops, and startup events
• Track progress of incubated startups and ensure measurable outcomes
• Support startups in pitching, fundraising, and scaling operations
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 3 years of experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship development, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in mentoring startups and enabling funding outcomes
• Strong network within startup ecosystems, investors, and industry partners
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and student development
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with academic incubation centers or startup accelerators
• Exposure to government startup schemes, grants, or innovation programs
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
