Job Description:
- Work involves interaction mostly with professionals in USA.
- Analyze the Job requirements of our Direct Clients like , Merck, Novartis, Alcon, Seqirus, Alexion, Boehringer etc.
- Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder), in-house database, Indeed, LinkedIn and through relevant community sites.
- Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
- The nature of the work is pure recruitment and doesn't involve any other functions in HR.
Candidate Specification:
- Experience Level: 1-4 year for Recruiter profiles
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
- Experience in Recruitment / Outbound voice process is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT/ Clinical/Scientific/Pharmaceutical/Lab terminologies would be an added advantage.
- Ready to work in Evening shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Shift timings can vary during Daylight saving), - -- Monday - Friday.
- Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
