About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation activities across key districts in Kerala. This is a purely marketing-focused role, ideal for candidates who have strong experience in school sales and B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate high-quality leads through field marketing and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and institutional clients
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and activities
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion
• Maintain daily reports on leads, visits, and conversions
• Travel extensively across assigned districts for business development
Requirements
• Prior experience in school sales / educational sales / B2B marketing (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness for extensive travel across locations
• Good knowledge of the local market and institutions
• Basic reporting and CRM handling skills preferred
