Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse at Rajagiri Hospital, located in Ernakulam, Kerala. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, supporting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring patients’ comfort and safety. Additionally, the Nurse will maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and policies to uphold quality standards in patient care.
Qualifications:
*Proficiency in providing patient care, monitoring health conditions, and managing medical equipment
*Familiarity with administering medications and following treatment protocols
*Basic skills in documentation, record-keeping, and working with healthcare systems
*Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-focused approach
*Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
*Degree or diploma in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing)
*Valid nursing license and registration Kerala Nursing Counsil Registration.
*Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
