Role Purpose:
Manage travel arrangements for employees and support administrative coordination across centres.
Reporting To : Head – Operations
Key Responsibilities
*Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains, and hotels.
*Prepare travel itineraries for employees and leadership.
*Ensure travel bookings comply with company cost guidelines.
*Maintain travel records and documentation.
*Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors.
*Track travel expenses and reimbursements.
*Provide administrative support for operational activities.

*Travel booking turnaround time
*Travel cost optimization
*Accuracy of travel documentation
*Employee satisfaction with travel support
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in travel administration or office administration roles.
