🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior HR Executive | Velodata Global
Velodata Global is looking for an energetic and proactive Junior HR Executive to manage and support our internal HR activities.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Work from Home)
Monthly once travel to office is mandate.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in HR and grow with a fast-growing company.
Role Overview
• Handle internal recruitment for Velodata
• Lead HR operations and coordination
• Manage employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate salary crediting with the bank
• Ensure PF and statutory-related coordination
• Work closely with our Chartered Accountant team for HR and compliance updates
• Coordinate internal HR activities and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning
• Help build and improve internal HR processes
Who We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Energetic, proactive and eager to learn
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
