Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive, based in Kottayam. The Client Services Executive will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing solutions, fostering long-term business relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services. The role also involves analyzing client feedback to consistently improve service delivery and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
Expertise in Business Relationship Management with a focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs, track performance, and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to work on-site in Kottayam and address client requirements efficiently
Previous experience in client-facing roles and knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
