IIITM-K, on behalf of CoE in IIoT Sensors Project invites applications from prospective candidates with the following qualifications and experience for the below-mentioned post for a period of three year contract. Chief Executive Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with high-level officers to grow the company,
strengthen it and ensure its sustainability Oversee quality control throughout the company,establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers
Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee
engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
Overseeing al operations and business activities to ensure
they produce the desired results and are consistent with the
overal strategy and mission
Required Qualifications

Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and
act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
B.Tech in any branch. With 15 years of experience.
MBA/MTech in any branch. With 12 years of experience.
PhD in any branch. With 6 years of experience.
A minimum 1 year previous experience working in industry is
mandatory.
Desirable Qualifications
At least 5 years or more working in industry at managerial level, and having a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and research environment. Location Trivandrum/Kochi Age Limit Maximum 50 years as of the notification date (relaxation for reserved categories)
