Job Description
* Develop and oversee the execution of compensation strategies and programs to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives and talent strategy.
* Design, implement, and manage salary structures and benefit packages that attract and retain top talent across all business verticals. ( 23,000 + employees)
* Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of the curve on global best practices and innovative trends in compensation and benefits.
* Challenge the status quo by bringing fresh perspectives and transformative ideas to evolve our people strategy.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and enhance the effectiveness of existing compensation programs.
* Ensure compliance with state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
* Lead the annual compensation review process, including market analysis, budget allocation, and strategic adjustments to compensation structures.
* Support in Implementation of new HRMS.
* Serve as a thought leader and advisor to the executive team on all compensation and benefits matters.
* Linkage of Performance to Rewards & Recognition
* Oversee Payroll & Statutory compliances processing every month including F&F.
* Manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
